  • What's the difference between the tactical TRX and the yellow and black TRX? Is the tactical version stronger and more durable?
    • Both the TRX Tactical Suspension Trainer (Khaki and Black) and the TRX Suspension Trainer (Yellow and Black) are functionally similar and are both constructed of the same industrial strength, soft nylon webbing and materials. The ONLY difference between the two is the color scheme. The TRX FORCE Kit additionally includes a TRX Tactical Door Anchor (also in the different color scheme) and the TRX FORCE DVD & Guide. The TRX FORCE DVD & Guide is a complete 12-week strength and endurance-training program built for the needs of the tactical (military and first responder) and other serious athletes.
  • It says on the website that I'd be receiving the All Body Xpress DVD/Guide but I don't see it on my shipping confirmation. Has the program been left out?
    • The All Body Xpress DVD/Guide is part of the TRX Professional package and can be found inside of the TRX packaging. It's not listed as a separate item as it's part of your TRX package. When you buy the TRX you buy a highly functional program that includes the TRX, All Body Xpress and a mesh carry bag. Therefore, you never have to miss a workout.
  • Has my order shipped? I still haven't received my shipping confirmation.
    • It takes us 1-2 business days to process your order based on the time we receive your order. (If an order is placed over the weekend, it will be processed the next business day). Once it leaves our shipping facility, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

      If you have not received a shipping confirmation email from us, please check your Spam folder. With every order, our system sends out an email confirmation notice. Because Email Service Providers continually try to protect you from spam they often filter emails from people and companies with whom you may not communicate with on a regular basis into your Spam folder. If your Spam folder is emptied each time you close your email program the email may have been deleted.

      However, if you do not receive a confirmation email within two business days (Monday-Friday) of placing your order, please contact us via email at customerservice@fitnessanywhere.com or via the phone at 415-655-4740 to retrieve your shipment details. Please include your Full Name, Email Address and Order Number when contacting us via email.
  • I don't have a website. Can I still become an affiliate?
    • Yes. Although our top performing affiliates do most of their business through their own websites you may still sign up for our Affiliate program and profit from selling TRX products to your network. To join our Affiliate program, click here
  • Can you tell me what my affiliate login is?
    • Your affiliate log in must be retrieved through our website. To request that it be sent to you visit our Affiliate Resource Center and enter the email address associated with your Affiliate account. Our system will send you your log in information via email to access your account.
  • What's the main difference between all the bundles you offer?
    • The main difference between our product bundles is the DVDs and accessories we have paired with the TRX. To get a comprehensive overview of the different bundles we carry, visit our Product Compare feature.
  • I experienced a problem when placing my order online. Did it go through?
    • If you were presented with the 'Thank You' page after submitting your order, your order has gone through. You should also receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, be sure to check your spam folder as your Email Service Provider may have filtered our email to that folder. If you have not received the email, contact us at customerservice@fitnessanywhere.com and we will be happy to send you another one. Please include your Full Name, Email Address and Order Number when contacting us via email.

  • What is the TRX Suspension Trainer Professional?
    • The TRX is the original bodyweight Suspension Training system consisting of 12 feet of nylon-webbed straps, handles, and various anchors that can be attached to any sturdy weight bearing base.
  • What is the TRX made of? Is it elastic?
    • No, the TRX is constructed of industrial strength soft nylon webbing, so the resistance is generated by variable bodyweight and gravity rather than the stretching of elastic bands.
  • Is there a weight limit for the size of person using the TRX Suspension Trainer Professional?
    • We recommend a maximum user weight of 350 lbs. We performed a product design testing that includes a 4 Times Load Testing. This means we take four times the maximum user weight and load it on different parts of the TRX to ensure that the product will not fail. So although the max user weight is 350 lbs, we have actually loaded it with 1400 lbs.
  • What is the difference between the TRX Suspension Trainer Professional & the TRX FORCE Kit?
    • Both include a TRX Suspension Trainer that are functionally similar. The TRX FORCE Kit has a different color scheme and includes a TRX Door Anchor and the TRX FORCE DVD & Guide. The TRX FORCE DVD & Guide is a complete 12-week strength and endurance training program built for the needs of the tactical (military and first responder) and other serious athletes.

  • How do I find more exercises to do on the TRX?
    • If you visit our exercise videos section of our website, there is a selection of all body exercises that includes video footage & descriptive instructions. We also sell an assortment of TRX Training DVDs & Guides. Please visit our online store for more information.
  • How much space do I need to train on the TRX?
    • To be able to perform all exercises on the TRX, you will need a comfortable space that is 6 feet wide and 8 feet in length.
  • How do I know which exercises I'm supposed to lengthen/shorten the straps for?
    • For suspended exercises (the ones with your feet in the foot cradles) your TRX should be 8-12 inches off the ground. When using the TRX for stability the handles should come to about the waist when hanging free.
  • The DVD that came with my TRX will not play. How do I get it to work?
      1. 1. Before playing your DVD, make sure it is clean. Wipe it with a soft cloth or a T-shirt sleeve.

      2. 2. Make sure that you are using appropriate equipment and software. Fitness Anywhere DVDs are designed to work with a DVD player.

      3. 3. If you are attempting to play the DVD on a computer:

        4. * Make sure the integrated player works with DVDs. Some older computers only play CDs.
        * DVDs require special software to play on a computer. For example, Windows Media Player and Real Player will not play DVDs unless special plug-in is also installed.

  • I just placed my order, how can I track my package?
    • It takes us 1-2 days to process your order based on the time we receive your order. Once it leaves our shipping facility, you will receive an email with your tracking information.   • Do you ship to APO/FPO mailboxes?
    • Yes. If you are shipping to an APO/FPO please use USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method. Please consider the following when placing an order with an APO/FPO address:

      - Do not fill in the country code. APO/FPO addresses are considered domestic addresses.
      - The City entered must be either: "APO" or "FPO".

  • Do you offer gift certificates?
  • Do you have distributors outside of the United States?

  • I purchased a TRX X-mount, but I want to install it in a concrete wall. How do I go about this?
    • We recommend having your TRX X-mount installed by a professional to ensure that your set up is safe and durable. However, we do offer a lag shield kit (instructions included) that is compatible with your TRX X-mount. Please contact customer service at customerservice@fitnessanywhere.com or (888) 878-5348 to purchase.
  • I don't have an open beam in my home. How can I anchor my TRX®?
    • Before anchoring your TRX® to the door, completely remove the suspension anchor from the TRX® by first sliding the TRX® Suspension Trainer™ through the end loop (black) of the Suspension Anchor. Once this is complete, slide the Suspension Trainer™ handle through the end loop of the Door Anchor (black). You are now ready to anchor your TRX® to any sturdy door. For more tips on using the TRX Door Anchor accessory visit our video library. Remember to remove the TRX Suspension Anchor from your TRX before putting on the TRX Door Anchor.
  • What are the anchoring options for clubs or studios?
    • We have a number of commercial grade anchoring options for small as well as large clubs that range from wall mounted to stand alone solutions. Please give our account representatives a call at 415-655-4740 so we can work with you to determine the best anchoring solution for your space.
  • I teach outdoor boot camp classes. How can I use the TRX?
    • Absolutely, the beauty of the TRX® is that it can be used anywhere you can find a secure overhead anchor point such as a fence, tree branch or post. Fitness Anywhere's Director of Education and Programming, Fraser Quelch, wrote an article about implementing a successful boot camp business. The TRX® is a major component of the program. See article.
  • Can I use my affiliate code to get credit for a self- purchase?
    • No. As stated in our terms and conditions, personal orders placed using your Fitness Anywhere Affiliate link will not be credited to your account. The Fitness Anywhere Affiliate program is not intended for personal use by the program's participants. Orders will be verified. Any personal transactions will be removed from payout eligibility.
  • How do you track my affiliate referral sales?
    • We use either your affiliate code or weblink to track all activity. If someone uses your affiliate code during check out, our system captures that data and you are credited. The same is true for your weblink. If someone clicks on your personal weblink code, all activity is tracked back to you. There are no additional steps. We handle all transactions.
  • How long will I still get credit for a sale after a person clicks on my affiliate link?
    • We offer a 45-day affiliate cookie. So up to 45 days after a person clicks on your affiliate link, you will still get credit for the sale. However, please be aware that if a referral clears the private data in their web browser, your cookie will potentially be removed.
  • What is my password?
    • If you lost your password, you can enter your login and have your password emailed to you. Go to the Fitness Anywhere login page.
  • As a TRX Affiliate, when do I get paid?
    • All commission payouts (both store credit and cash) are paid out on a quarterly basis. Affiliate cash will be mailed to the address associated with your account. Affiliate store credit will be provided in the form of an Fitness Anywhere Gift Certificate. This code will be distributed via email. To be eligible for both store credit and cash payouts, affiliates must first obtain a $20 minimum balance.
  • What's the payout schedule?
    • Quarterly payouts will be processed at the end of each quarter and distributed on by the following dates:
      • 1st quarter: January 15
      • 2nd quarter: April 15
      • 3rd quarter: July 15
      • 4th quarter: October 15
  • Can I change my option from store credit to cash commission (or vice versa)?
    • We can make this change after the end of a quarter; once the payouts have been processed. Please contact us after receiving your quarter end payout by submitting an email request to: affiliate@fitnessanywhere.com
  • How can I redeem my store credit commission?
    • Easy. All store credit commissions are paid in the form of an online gift certificate.Just select the products that you want to purchase and add to your shopping cart. When you get to checkout, you will want to enter your gift certificate code in the appropriate box (marked Gift Certificate) and click redeem. And remember that the code is case sensitive!
  • What happens if clients return their products after using my affiliate code? Do I return my commission money?
    • Once you receive a commission check, it's yours. We wait for the 30 day return period to expire before paying commission on each sale from the affiliate program. If a customer returns the product before we pay your commission, we simple deduct your commission before it is paid.
  • Can you add my affiliate code to an order after it has been processed?
    • Our systems do not allow us to retroactively apply the affiliate code to processed orders. If you have someone who wants to use your affiliate code, please make sure they have the correct information during their check out. As a backup procedure, we provide an "affiliate look-up" button during the check out process. This is a search option to track down one's affiliate code.

  • How do I receive my Continuing Education Credits (CECs) and Certificate of Completion?
    • Upon completion of aTRX course, you will receive an electronic version of your Certificate of Completion, which can be printed for your records and redeemed for CECs.
  • Will I be certified by Fitness Anywhere if I take a course?
    • At the end of the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from Fitness Anywhere, Inc. which recognizes your ability to apply the knowledge and newly learned skills into your role as a fitness professional.
      Fitness Anywhere's courses are not accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA), however you are recognized as a TRX Suspension Training Professional by Fitness Anywhere.
  • What are the differences between a regular Suspension Training Course (STC) and a Group Suspension Training Course (GSTC), and what is a typical course day like?
    • Suspension Training Course:

      Designed by experts for the fitness professional who wants to harness the full potential of the TRX Suspension Trainer, this course teaches you how to incorporate the TRX into your clients' programs and how to grow your training business. In this class you'll learn over 70 TRX exercises, in detail, as well as all the benefits and target muscles of the exercises; how to properly perform and "cue" the exercise; and modifications and progressions to adapt the exercises to every fitness level. You'll also learn how to design your own TRX programs by following suspension training principles, using smart TRX exercise selection, and studying case scenarios to challenge your knowledge.

      Group Suspension Training Course:

      In this class you'll learn how to teach TRX Suspension Training in a small, large, or boot camp-style group format. Importantly, this class will help you create fun and innovative classes adaptable to all fitness levels. You'll not only learn TRX suspension training fundamentals, but how to incorporate a range of TRX strength and flexibility exercises into a group training format. In this class you'll analyze two workout formats and learn how to perform and properly "cue" the exercise; how to adapt exercises to all fitness levels with modifications and progressions; and how to identify common faults. Plus, you'll receive workout templates that will enable you to create your own TRX workouts, according to TRX teaching guidelines and program design principles. When you're finished with the Group Suspension Training Course, you'll be armed with lots of practical ideas on how to set up your group class and launch your own TRX Group Program!
  • How do I host a course?
    • In order to host a course, a facility must fulfill the following requirements:
      1. - Ten TRX sturdy attachment points, 7-9 feet in height, each with 5-10 feet of workout space
      2. - Space large enough to comfortably accommodate 20 or more students
      3. - Space is quiet, comfortable and conducive to learning
      4. - Facility is available on a weekend day for approximately 9 hours (e.g., 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
      5. - Sufficient parking or availability of public transportation

  • Do I need to bring a TRX to the course?
    • No. TRXs are provided for the course. Attendees should bring a water bottle, towel, extra shirt, lunch, and snacks.
  • Can I attend TRX courses if I'm not a fitness professional?
    • Yes. The courses are designed to teach all attendees how to effectively train themselves and others on the TRX. Although the additional knowledge is beneficial, the TRX course is not limited to fitness professionals.
  • Can I earn Continuing Education Credit from TRX courses?
    • Yes. Fitness professionals can earn CECs with the completion of the STC or GSTC from the following organizations:
      1. - NASM
      2. - IFPA
      3. - NFPT
      4. - NESTA
      5. - ISSA
      6. - ACE
      7. - NSCA
      8. - AFAA
      9. - CAN.FIT PRO

  • Are there Special Product discounts for course attendees?
    • Yes. All class attendees can purchase a TRX at the STC and GSTC for a special price of $134.95. Plus, all TRX training programs will be available for a 20% discount the day of the course.
  • If I have already taken a Suspension Training Course, can I get a discount on the Group Suspension Training Course?
    • Please contact your territory manager at 1-888-878-5348 for more information.
  • How do I become an instructor of the Suspension Training Courses?
    • Visit our Careers page under the Company tab to submit a resume. Top applicants will be invited to an instructor training weekend offered once a quarter.
  • What if I can't find a course in my area?
    • Fitness Anywhere partners with fitness facilities to provide courses throughout North America, as well as to expand education overseas. If you do not see a course in your area, continue to check the Fitness Anywhere website or consider hosting a course at your facility.
  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    • Course registration fees are non-refundable. However, if for any reason Fitness Anywhere cancels the course, registrants will receive a complete refund. Requests to change registration from one course to another must be made at least 14 days before the course date to Fitness Anywhere by e-mail at education@fitnessanywhere.com. Requests made later than that are subject to a $75 rescheduling fee. Registrants may assign their course slot to another student for a $100 change fee.
  • Do you sponsor athletes?
    • Yes, we do. We have a limited number sponsorships for athletes of all levels - from age-groupers to elite and professional athletes. All of our athletes know first-hand the benefits of Suspension Training and have a passion for sharing this knowledge.
